- Upgradation and modernization of JIPMER, Puducherry (Phase I of PMSSY) was the first project assigned to HLL, costing Rs 186.00 Cr. We completed the project one month ahead of schedule without any cost overruns. Total area of the project was 39554 sqm having G+ 3 floors.
- Upgradation of Trivandrum Medical College having a built up area of 3105 sqm. having B+G+ 5 floors.
- Salem Medical College having 31052 sqm built up area of G+4 floors.
- Bangalore Medical College of 22586 sqm built up area of G+5 floors.
Other Major Projects · HLL has also been awarded various other Healthcare and Labrotary projects by Deptt of AYUSH, MoHFW, GOI. · NRHM, Govt of Kerala awarded us the up gradation of 118 Community Health Centers (CHCs) and 28 other Medical Institutions (OMIs) in the State. · Setting up of Blood Banks at Four metros for NACO.
· HLL has been awarded various other Healthcare Infrastructure Development projects by other agencies/ departments of Government of India/ State Governments like IMPCL, IPC. · The award of works for setting up a new 100 bedded (expandable to 250 beds) Hospital in Chhattisgarh for National Mineral Development Corporation (NMDC) and Super Specialty Hospital for Oil & Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) in Assam are under finalization. HLL is now handling almost Rs 7000.00 Cr business in Healthcare Infrastructure. |
